The Support–Prep–Bind–Remove–ReBuild™ Method

A structured, root cause framework used to address complex chronic cases where symptoms persist despite trying multiple approaches.

This method is designed for situations where environmental exposure, gut health, nutrient deficiencies, immune and nervous system dysfunction may be contributing to symptoms.

 

SUPPORT

We start with the foundations. This includes optimizing sleep, light exposure and circadian rhythm, nervous system regulation, water filtration, bowel regularity, reducing daily toxic burden, as well as recommendations for home testing and remediation where applicable.

PREP

Using your personalized lab results and symptom patterns, we prepare the body. This phase focuses on targeted nutrition, drainage pathways, immune support, antioxidants, bioflavonoids, cellular membrane support, liver and bile flow support, and key nutrients required for detox enzymes and immune function. Preparation reduces reactivity.

BIND

Binders are selected strategically. We use carefully chosen binders matched to your specific toxin burden and tolerance to help lower toxin burden and minimize flare-ups.

REMOVE

Only once the body is supported and prepared do we address removal. This may include targeted support for gut bacterial overgrowth, candida, mycotoxins, mold, persistent biofilms, and sinus or oral health factors when relevant.

REBUILD

The final phase focuses on rebuilding and stabilization. We work on rebuilding the gut microbiome, a robust metabolism and long-term resilience.

01. Initial Session

A full health assessment to understand symptoms, health history, patterns, environment, approaches tried and make recommendations for testing.

02. Functional Lab Review

Review of functional labs we order. You can purchase functional labs at cost through us. No markup! We set it up and you pay the lab directly!

03. Lab Review Session

We go over the results, connect them with your symptoms and make personalized recommendations.

04. Follow-up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are intentionally spaced every 5–6 weeks, with each session guiding the next phase of the Support–Prep–Bind–Remove–ReBuild™ Method.

FUNCTIONAL LABS

COMMON LABS WE RUN

  • Available in the US (except NY, NJ, RI).

    This comprehensive blood panel includes CBC with differential, anemia panel (iron, ferritin, etc.), folate, vitamin B12, vitamin D, a full thyroid panel including antibodies (TPO and anti-TG), lipid profile, glucose + insulin resistance panel + leptin, homocysteine, hs-CRP, liver function markers, electrolytes, antinuclear antibodies (ANA) for autoimmune screening, uric acid, and LDH.

    COST: Approx. $200 USD + phlebotomy fee.

  • SIBO Testing is a breath test that measures the gasses produced by bacteria in the small intestine. Cost is $200-350- depending on the test.

    GI-MAP with Zonulin is approx. $420 USD.

    Gut Zoomer from Vibrant Wellness is the most comprehensive stool test available. Cost: $500 USD.

  • Urine mycotoxin testing is $350-400 USD, depending on which lab we use.

  • Other functional labs can be ordered at an additional cost such as HLA testing for mold susceptibility, viral infections panel including EBV, and more.

    1. Gut Zoomer stool test + urine mycotoxins + nutrient testing is $700 USD (regular $1,300+).

    2. MOST POPULAR! Comprehensive Blood work + Gut Zoomer stool test + urine mycotoxins + nutrient testing is $900 USD (regular $1,500+).

  • Our work together, timelines, and results vary based on personal circumstances.

    In the first session, we review symptoms and begin supporting the body with essential supports while preparing for testing.

    Once test results are available, we review findings, prepare the body as needed, and go through the next steps of The Support–Prep–Bind–Remove–ReBalance™ Method.

    Sessions are held virtually every 5–6 weeks. This gives you time to implement changes without feeling rushed.

    The package is valid for 6 months.

  • Health supplements are NOT included as this is highly bio-individualized. However, my clients can purchase health supplements at discounted prices.

  • Canada- Functional labs are not covered by insurance.

    US Clients- Most functional labs are not covered by insurance, as they’re focused on wellness rather than diagnosis. If you have an FSA or HSA, please check with your insurance or benefits provider to see if the specific lab is eligible for reimbursement.

    Vibrant Wellness gives you the option to select Afterpay or HSA/FSA at checkout.

  • Yes, you can; however, blood work can only be ordered for US clients.

  • PLEASE NOTE: NOT EVERYONE NEEDS ALL THESE TESTS.

    On average, a comprehensive functional lab bundle costs approximately $900 USD.

    This bundle typically includes:

    • Comprehensive blood work

    • Advanced stool testing (Gut Zoomer)

    • Urine mycotoxin testing

    • Nutrient testing

    When purchased individually, these tests often total $1,500 USD or more.

    After working with many complex chronic cases, including chronic Lyme, I noticed a very common pattern: ongoing environmental exposure and gut health are not always prioritized, and nutrient deficiencies are very common.

    The body relies on nutrients to perform all of its functions. Each phase of liver detoxification requires specific nutrients, and when those nutrients are depleted, detox pathways cannot function efficiently.

    Without individualized testing, supplement use often becomes trial-and-error, which can contribute to persistent symptoms and unnecessary expense. Functional testing allows for a more targeted, individualized approach.

  • My services are intentionally structured to be clear, accessible, and easy to understand without needing a call. All pricing, inclusions, and lab details are fully transparent on my website.
