How It Works

01. Initial Session

A full health assessment to understand symptoms, health history, patterns, environment, approaches tried and make recommendations for testing.

02. Functional Lab Review

Review of functional labs we order. You can purchase functional labs at cost through us. No markup! We set it up and you pay the lab directly!

03. Lab Review Session

We go over the results, connect them with your symptoms and make personalized recommendations.

04. Option to Extend Package

If you need more support, you have the option to extend our work together. 4 months of support @ $1,000 USD.

FUNCTIONAL LABS

COMMON LABS WE RUN:

  • Available in the US (except NY, NJ, RI).

    This comprehensive blood panel includes CBC with differential, anemia panel (iron, ferritin, etc.), folate, vitamin B12, vitamin D, a full thyroid panel including antibodies (TPO and anti-TG), lipid profile, glucose + insulin resistance panel + leptin, homocysteine, hs-CRP, liver function markers, electrolytes, antinuclear antibodies (ANA) for autoimmune screening, uric acid, and LDH.

    COST: Approx. $200 USD + phlebotomy fee.

  • SIBO Testing is a breath test that measures the gasses produced by bacteria in the small intestine. Cost is $200-350- depending on the test.

    GI-MAP with Zonulin is approx. $420 USD.

    Gut Zoomer from Vibrant Wellness is the most comprehensive stool test available. Cost: $500 USD.

  • Urine mycotoxin testing is $350-400 USD, depending on which lab we use.

    Total Tox Burden from Vibrant Wellness is a test that shows excretion of mycotoxins, heavy metals and other environmental toxins in the urine. Cost is $520 USD.

  • Other functional labs can be ordered at an additional cost such as HLA testing for mold susceptibility, spike protein testing, viral infections panel, etc.

  • Vibrant Wellness Bundle: Blood work + Total Tox Burden + Gut Zoomer for $960 USD.

  • Our work together, timelines and results vary based on personal circumstances and services provided. It typically looks like this:

    • Preparation
      Focus on drainage, detox, and nutrition foundations to prepare your body for deeper work.

    • Targeted Protocols
      Based on your labs and symptoms, we implement tailored herbs, binders, and nutrients to address the immune system, gut, toxins, and imbalances.

    • Gut Repair
      Rebuild the gut lining, rebalance the microbiome, and strengthen immunity.

    • Maintenance
      Review progress, adjust where needed, and outline a long-term plan. Re-testing can also be considered.

  • Health supplements are NOT included as this is highly bio-individualized. However, my clients can purchase health supplements at discounted prices.

  • Canada- Functional labs are not covered by insurance.

    US Clients- Functional lab testing may be eligible for reimbursement through HSA or FSA accounts. Coverage varies, so please check with your insurance provider for specific eligibility.

  • Yes, you can; however, blood work can only be ordered for US clients.

  • I no longer offer discovery sessions. My services are intentionally structured to be clear, accessible, and easy to understand without needing a call. All pricing, inclusions, and lab details are fully transparent on my website.
