The Signature Health Program offers a structured approach to provide clarity, answers and personalized care for those struggling with chronic health symptoms. It combines functional lab insights with a gentle, restorative approach to healing.

The Prep-Bind-Remove-Rebuild Method

This method is designed for those where environmental exposure, gut health, immune and nervous system dysfunction may be contributing to symptoms.

PREP

This phase focuses on drainage to support bowel movements and detoxification, circadian rhythm, nervous system work, nutrients, immune support, as well as liver and bile flow support. Preparation reduces reactivity.

BIND

Binders are selected strategically. We use carefully chosen binders matched to your specific toxin burden and tolerance to help lower toxin burden and minimize flare-ups.

REMOVE

This may include targeted support for gut bacterial overgrowth, candida, mycotoxins, mold, persistent biofilms, as well as addressing the sinuses and oral health.

REBUILD

The final phase focuses on rebuilding and stabilization. We work on rebuilding the gut microbiome, a robust metabolism and long-term resilience.

COMMON LABS I USE & COST

  • Available in the US (except NY, NJ, RI).

    This comprehensive blood panel includes CBC with differential, anemia panel (iron, ferritin, etc.), folate, vitamin B12, vitamin D, full thyroid panel, lipid profile, glucose + insulin resistance panel, homocysteine, hs-CRP, liver function markers, electrolytes, antinuclear antibodies (ANA), uric acid.

    COST: Approx. $200 USD + phlebotomy fee.

  • SIBO Testing is a breath test that measures the gasses produced by bacteria in the small intestine. Cost is $200-350- depending on the test.

  • GI-MAP with Zonulin is approx. $420 USD.

    The GI-MAP (Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus) stool test is a comprehensive DNA-based analysis using qPCR technology to identify harmful pathogens, beneficial bacteria, fungi, parasites, and viruses in your gut, along with markers for inflammation, digestion, and immune function, providing a detailed picture of your gut health.

  • Cost is approx. $360 USD.

    I now primarily use urine mycotoxin testing from RealTime Laboratories, one of the most widely used labs for assessing mycotoxin exposure.

    This test is commonly used by mold-literate clinicians and educators, including Dr. Neil Nathan, and is valued for its clinical relevance and practicality.

    Follow-up (re-testing) is available at a lower cost than the initial test, making it suitable for monitoring progress over time when appropriate.

  • Other functional labs can be ordered such as nutrient testing, HLA DNA testing for mold susceptibility, viral infections panel and more.

01. Initial Session

A full health assessment to understand symptoms, health history, patterns, environment, approaches tried and make recommendations for testing.

02. Functional Lab Review

Review of functional labs we order. You can purchase functional labs at cost through us. No markup! We set it up and you pay the lab directly!

03. Lab Review Session

We go over the results, connect them with your symptoms and make personalized recommendations.

04. Follow-up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are intentionally spaced every 5–6 weeks, with each session guiding the next phase of the Prep–Bind–Remove–ReBuild Method.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Health supplements are NOT included as this is highly bio-individualized. However, my clients can purchase health supplements at discounted prices.

  • Canada- Functional labs are not covered by insurance.

    US Clients- Most functional labs are not covered by insurance, as they’re focused on wellness rather than diagnosis. If you have an FSA or HSA, please check with your insurance or benefits provider to see if the specific lab is eligible for reimbursement.

  • Yes, you can; however, blood work can only be ordered for US clients.

  • My services are intentionally structured to be clear, accessible, and easy to understand without needing a call. All pricing, inclusions, and lab details are fully transparent on my website.

The Root Cause Program is $1,500 USD. Payment plan available.

In addition, lab testing is recommended on a case by case basis and it is billed directly by the lab at cost. Blood work is required for all clients.
