About The Program

This program was designed for individuals struggling with chronic health symptoms that may be rooted in exposure to environmental toxins, particularly mold, and gut imbalances.

Using functional lab insights and a structured, step-by-step approach, I help clients address mycotoxins, reduce overall toxic burden, and support gut healing.

This phase focuses on optimizing drainage and bowel regularity, stabilizing the nervous and immune systems, supporting liver and bile flow, and gently lowering overall toxin burden. Preparation reduces reactivity.

Binders are selected strategically. We use carefully chosen binders matched to your specific toxin burden and tolerance to help lower toxin burden and minimize flare-ups.

The final phase focuses on rebuilding the gut microbiome and supporting gut lining integrity, which is an essential step in any protocol that includes antimicrobials.

    Working together typically looks like this:

    • Preparation
      Focus on drainage, immune support, and nutrition foundations to prepare your body for deeper work.

    • Targeted Protocols
      Based on your labs and symptoms, we implement tailored herbs, binders, and nutrients to address the immune system, gut, toxins, and imbalances.

    • Gut Repair
      Rebuild the gut lining, rebalance the microbiome, and strengthen immunity.

    • Maintenance
      Review progress, adjust where needed, and outline a long-term plan. Re-testing can also be considered.

  • Other functional labs can be ordered at an additional cost such as SIBO breath testing, HLA testing for mold susceptibility, infections testing, etc.

  • Health supplements are NOT included as this is highly bio-individualized. However, my clients can purchase health supplements at discounted prices.

  • Yes, you can; however, blood work can only be ordered for US clients.

    For Canadian clients, the cost of blood work will be deducted from the package. You’ll receive a letter outlining the recommended markers that you can share with your doctor to request testing.

  • The first step to healing from mold toxicity is addressing the environment. For optimal results, I recommend being out of the moldy environment.

    Support can be provided to those who are still in mold to help improve symptoms until remediation is possible; however, this depends on the person, severity of symptoms and their environment. If you are severely impacted by mold and unable to tolerate any supplements and leave the environment, then this program might not be the right fit.

  • If you have a GI-MAP, a urine mycotoxin test (RealTime Labs or Vibrant Wellness), plus recent bloodwork, and they are no older than 2 months, we can usually work with those instead of ordering new labs.

    The program without testing is $1,200 USD and includes 4 sessions with up to 6 months of support.

  • I no longer offer free discovery sessions. My services are intentionally structured to be clear, accessible, and easy to understand without needing a call. All pricing, inclusions, and lab details are fully transparent on my website.
