This phase focuses on optimizing drainage and bowel regularity, stabilizing the nervous and immune systems, supporting liver and bile flow, and gently lowering overall toxin burden. Preparation reduces reactivity.

The first step to healing from mold toxicity is addressing the environment. For optimal results, I recommend being out of the moldy environment.
Support can be provided to those who are still in mold to help improve symptoms until remediation is possible; however, this depends on the person, severity of symptoms and their environment. If you are severely impacted by mold and unable to tolerate any supplements and leave the environment, then this program might not be the right fit.
