    This comprehensive blood panel includes CBC with differential, anemia panel, folate, vitamin B12, vitamin D, a full thyroid panel including antibodies (TPO and anti-TG), lipid profile, glucose + insulin resistance + Hba1C + leptin, homocysteine, hs-CRP, liver function markers, electrolytes, antinuclear antibodies (ANA) for autoimmune screening, uric acid, and LDH , providing a complete assessment of metabolic, nutritional, inflammatory, and autoimmune health.

Common Symptoms

MOLD EXPOSURE CAN AFFECT EVERY SYSTEM IN THE BODY.

The most common symptoms I see are brain fog, chronic bloating, food and histamine intolerances, anxiety, headaches, dizziness, sinus congestion, fatigue, insomnia, and widespread pain (joints or muscles).

Hormonal changes, weight gain, and new or worsening autoimmune issues and POTS are also common signs that mold may be impacting the body.

  • Our work together, timelines and results vary based on personal circumstances and services provided. It typically looks like this:

    • Preparation
      Focus on drainage, immune support, and nutrition foundations to prepare your body for deeper work.

    • Targeted Protocols
      Based on your labs and symptoms, we implement tailored herbs, binders, and nutrients to address the immune system, gut, toxins, and imbalances.

    • Gut Repair
      Rebuild the gut lining, rebalance the microbiome, and strengthen immunity.

    • Maintenance
      Review progress, adjust where needed, and outline a long-term plan. Re-testing can also be considered.

  • Health supplements are NOT included as this is highly bio-individualized. However, my clients can purchase health supplements at discounted prices.

  • Canada- Functional labs are not covered by insurance.

    US Clients- Functional lab testing may be eligible for reimbursement through HSA or FSA accounts. Coverage varies, so please check with your insurance provider for specific eligibility.

  • Other functional labs can be ordered at an additional cost such as SIBO breath testing, stool testing, HLA testing for mold susceptibility, etc.

    There is no markup on functional labs.

  • Yes, you can; however, blood work can only be ordered for US clients.

    For Canadian clients, the cost of blood work will be deducted from the package. Youā€™ll receive a letter outlining the recommended markers that you can share with your doctor to request testing.

  • No problem! Recent results from certain functional labs can be incorporated into the program. This would reduce the overall cost.

  • The first step to healing from mold toxicity is addressing the environment. For optimal results, I recommend being out of the moldy environment.

    Support can be provided to those who are still in mold to help improve symptoms until remediation is possible; however, this depends on the person, severity of symptoms and their environment. If you are severely impacted by mold and unable to tolerate any supplements and leave the environment, then this program might not be the right fit.
